Our Executive Chef, David Sotheran is passionate about using seasonal ingredients to create an exciting menu that takes advantage of our fabulous local produce. Sourcing from local suppliers where possible, our frequently updated menus showcase the best seasonal fruit, vegetables, meat and fish available.
Our brigade of chefs are happy to adapt the menu or create alternative options to suit specific dietary requirements.
